Fatty acid esters are produced by the condensation reaction of fatty acid and alcohol, and are produced a wide variety of esters including fatty acid methyl ester is made from vegetable oil once used as edible etc. These are mainly used for resin plasticizer, fiber oil agent, metal processing oil (cutting oil, rolling oil, plastic processing oil), synthetic lubricating oil, part of solvent substitute fuel, etc.

Amphoteric Surfactant

Fatty Acid Ester

TSF-50 and TSF-75 are amphoteric surfactants of N-alkyl amino acid derivative type (β-alanine type) having a carboxyl group and an amino group in the molecule.
These products can adjust the detergency by changing the pH.
It shows high solubility in high electrolyte solutions such as strong acid, strong base and saline solution, and many organic compounds and inorganic compounds can be solubilized. Moreover, it has not only corrosion resistance but also anticorrosive effect.
